CoinToss Coffee Return Policy

Because our coffee is roasted to order and is a consumable product, all coffee sales are final. We do not accept returns on coffee or other consumable items.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at brew@cointosscoffee.com with your order number and photos if available. We may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Unused non-consumable merchandise may be returned within 14 days of delivery in original condition. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or sent in error.
